Miroam is a web application that uses past travel ratings and travel styles entered by users to show candidate destinations for future trips.

Miroam は、ユーザーが入力した過去の旅行評価と旅行スタイルをもとに、次の旅行先候補となる都市を表示するWebアプリケーションです。

Recommendations are provided for reference only. Users are responsible for checking travel safety, costs, transportation, entry requirements, local conditions, and other important information before making travel decisions.

おすすめ結果は参考情報として提供されます。旅行の判断を行う前に、旅行の安全性、費用、交通手段、入国条件、現地状況その他の重要情報をユーザー自身で確認してください。

Users may create an account through the configured Google login flow.

ユーザーは、設定済みのGoogleログインフローを通じてアカウントを作成できます。

Users are responsible for managing their Google account and service account information. The operator may restrict or suspend accounts when necessary to protect the service or other users.

ユーザーは、自身のGoogleアカウントおよび本サービスのアカウント情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。運営者は、サービスまたは他のユーザーを保護するために必要な場合、アカウントの利用を制限または停止することがあります。

Users may enter travel rating data such as country, city, travel style, visit month, visit year, and a 1 to 5 rating.

ユーザーは、国、都市、旅行スタイル、訪問月、訪問年、1から5の評価などの旅行評価データを入力できます。

Users must not intentionally enter unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or third-party-infringing information.

ユーザーは、違法、不正、有害、または第三者の権利を侵害する情報を故意に入力してはなりません。

The service does not guarantee that recommended destinations will match a user's preferences, be safe or suitable, or contain current travel information.

本サービスは、おすすめされた都市がユーザーの好みに合うこと、安全または適切であること、最新の旅行情報を含むことを保証しません。

Before planning a trip, users should confirm important information through official sources or other reliable sources.

旅行を計画する前に、ユーザーは公式情報または信頼できる情報源を通じて重要情報を確認してください。

Users may save recommended destinations to a wishlist or mark cities as not interested.

ユーザーは、おすすめされた都市を行きたいリストに保存したり、興味がない都市として設定したりできます。

These features help organize destination candidates. Cities added to the wishlist are excluded from future recommendation results.

これらの機能は、旅行先候補を整理するためのものです。行きたいリストに追加された都市は、以後のおすすめ結果から除外されます。

Users must not use the service in violation of laws, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights, or use the service beyond ordinary personal use.

ユーザーは、法令に違反して本サービスを利用すること、サービス運営を妨害すること、不正アクセスを試みること、他人になりすますこと、第三者の権利を侵害すること、または通常の個人利用の範囲を超えて本サービスを利用することをしてはなりません。

Account deactivation is treated as logical deletion. After deactivation, users can no longer log in. Related travel rating data or usage data may remain when needed for service integrity and recommendation data consistency.

アカウント無効化は論理削除として扱われます。無効化後、ユーザーはログインできなくなります。ただし、サービスの整合性やおすすめデータの一貫性を保つために必要な場合、関連する旅行評価データまたは利用データが保持されることがあります。

The operator may change, suspend, or end all or part of the service for operational, development, maintenance, security, or other reasons.

運営者は、運用、開発、保守、セキュリティその他の理由により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更、停止、または終了することがあります。

The service is provided as-is. The operator is not responsible for travel decisions made based on recommendation results.

本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、おすすめ結果にもとづく旅行判断について責任を負いません。

The operator may update these terms as the service changes.

運営者は、サービスの変更に応じて本規約を更新することがあります。
